Financial Analysis/Assessment
A program or service may have been started based on various assumptions and reimbursement, but changes since implementation require financial analysis to determine how the program or service is performing. Questions have to be answered and issues need to be clarified relative to volumes/utilization, financial performance, benchmarks and indicator performance, and appropriate setting (i.e. conversions).

Hospital/Physician Relations
Incorporating sound business practice operations is a cornerstone of CHCI's consulting services. Originally performing practice valuation, give way to returning the physician practice back to the physician community in today's health care climate - necessitating accurate and detailed analysis relative to operations, finance, reimbursement, and physician-specific indicators.
